I'm not sure if this program is available in all 50 states, but I just discovered it and I have to say that it's a great tool and I highly recommend it. If you are still writing contracts on the multi-part forms like we have in PA, you know how much of a pain they are. One error and you are rewriting a page. If it's at the bottom of the page, it's an even greater pain to have to start all over.
ZipForms can be used online or on your desktop with great efficiency. If you are writing multiple forms at the same time, it gives you the ability to just type it in once and it transfers the data to the other forms in the appropriate places. It's a great time saver. The online version saves your forms in a file, in case you need to come back to them for changes and can be easily converted to pdf format for e-mailing or faxing.
